a little background My name is Mariah! I’m 26 years old. I have been using clothes as a form of art my entire life.
While my love and interest for clothes never died, my desire to pursue fashion came to a halt many years ago. Our environmental crisis was (and still is) only getting worse. ‘Fast fashion’ is a main contributor to this problem. Becoming aware of my fast fashion consumption helped me fall further in love with thrifting & upcycling my wardrobe.
I have been shown that my love for fashion and my love for our beautiful planet can coexist.
